Her leadership ensures that Itality operates with precision, quality assurance, and the highest standards of governance, fortifying the company's infrastructure for global success.

Complementing this legacy, Ricky Bryant, grounded in Rastafarian principles, established the world's only alkaline farm.

A true revolutionary and visionary leader, his innovative off-grid farming system is shaking up farming. Ricky emphasises organic cultivation methods, producing nutrient-rich, alkaline foods that promote health and well-being while minimising environmental impact.

Working alongside Ricky is Mr. Magic, a pioneering change-maker and disruptor. Together, they cultivate the land and have developed a unique range of alkaline drinks, embodying Itality's zero-waste philosophy by utilising farm produce to create refreshing alkaline beverages that contribute to health and sustainability.

Building upon the late Bro. Leeroy's  foundation, Stephen Watson, his nephew and co-founder of Itality, has been instrumental in bringing his uncle's vision to fruition.

As the executive producer of the acclaimed 2002 documentary "Grow Jamaica," and publisher of the book, Stephen has played a pivotal role in promoting the Grow Jamaica movement's ideals and expanding its reach.
